Drink at least 2 liters of water per day. The program is simple but very effective! The Javanti Diet allows for a loss of 7 to 10kg if done correctly within the first 13 Days. From Day 14 You can eat normally again without putting on any weight because this diet alters your metabolism. Eat Whole-wheat Bread with a very thin layer of Margarine. The purpose of this diet is to change your metabolism and digestion. If you follow good eating habits and change your life styl, you can maintain a constant weight. If the diet is followed correctly you should lose all excess body fat.

The diet must be followed for 13 days consecutively. On day 14 you may have a binge-day (off day, eat what you want!). On Day 15 you can start from day 1 again if you feel the need to continue with your diet. If during the 13-day cycle you cheat with as much as a piece of gum, you may as well stop because it won’t have any effect. In this case you should start from day 1 again after a 5-day break.

Try to plan your diet to exclude any major events like parties. If you get a Headache, don’t drink tablets as they contain chemicals. Just drink lots of water. Stay away from : Salad Dressing, Sauces or Spices. Alcohol Salt, and a Sugar Substitute may be used.
